No, not the number of CDs I have, that you have to times by ten at least, but my age today. Eek, I know! Anyway, the weather is stubbornly dull and overcast and much like yesterday. At least no rain.

But let's get on with the good news instead -
Great cards from my brother and the cat who seems to be able to write a birthday card. Clever cat.



My brother coming42 sent me a wonderful 5CD box of Vivaldi's Complete Bassoon Concertos (first mentioned in Wire way back in 1991) but now all in one box.
Whilst in Faversham yesterday completing the last day on the exit survey, I picked up there more CDs from Oxfam for £1.98 - all Vivaldi. Two selections of his sacred music and an early opera.



So today is a day of relaxation, music listening and if the sun should come out by the afternoon - I know, and pigs might fly - a few drinks with Ewart outside the Bear pub.

Let the listening begin.

I now have eight Xmas cards on the wall, including two from Mike and Ros and the cat. Also, a lovely surprise from the one grondfic sent me. Unexpected but thank you very much.

Tuesday we have our Xmas lunch get together here at Waterstone Place from midday. So I will be going to that , and then Wednesday three visits which will include Sittingbourne, Gravesend and Bluewater. There may be one more visit on Thursday but after that, I will have plenty of free time till the new year I guess.

Soon be posting Xmas cards to LJ friends aboard.
