Merry Xmas / Festive Holiday

Good day all you lovely readers.Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it and to those who don't ,happy festive holidays.

This morning i just had eggs on toast with the last of the smoked salmon.I washed it down with white vino.


At around three today we shall be tucking into our Xmas dinner here at the Quays. Afterword i might have cheese from the hamper and some red wine..

One of the cheeses is a Lancaster Bomb. They do a range of cheesy bombs,the one i had was the -

Hot chilli bomb

A great Lancashire Bomb with some real heat behind it. This is not for the faint hearted ... its a must have for all chilli lovers.

Xmas Lunch

The Xmas lunch was great.Very filling. It was a chicken roast with stuffing,bacon wrapped sausages, roast pototoes, and veg.



Followed by a choice of desserts , so i opted for the double chocolate gateau.




That was divine.

It's Bigger On The Inside

Well that was a fantastic and poignant Doctor Who Xmas special., tinged with humour and some sadness.No spoiler alerts … but i think it was one of the best episodes from any Xmas special.
